If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or Services.

Quotes provided via our online form, by phone, or in person are estimates based on the information available at the time and are not legally binding until confirmed in writing (including by email or WhatsApp) by both parties.
Bookings are confirmed once a date has been agreed between you and Ace Gardening Services. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the agreed time window, but timings may be affected by weather, prior jobs running over, or circumstances outside our control.
If you need to reschedule or cancel a booking, please give us as much notice as possible. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a call-out or cancellation charge at our discretion.
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of quoting or booking. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due on completion of the work. We accept the payment methods communicated to you at the time of booking.
You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property and garden area, including removal of pets, vehicles, or obstructions where necessary. Ace Gardening Services is not liable for delays caused by restricted access.
Please point out any underground services (e.g. pipes, cables, sprinkler systems), fragile features, or hazards before work begins. We take reasonable care but cannot be held responsible for pre-existing or undisclosed hazards.
Ace Gardening Services carries public liability insurance for the work we carry out. We take reasonable care to avoid damage to property, but we are not liable for:
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under Irish law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Where waste removal is included in a service, we dispose of green waste responsibly in line with applicable regulations. Any waste excluded from a quote will be clearly communicated in advance.
Certain services (e.g. lawn treatments, planting) may need to be rescheduled due to weather conditions for the best results and for the safety of our crews. We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative date.
The content on this website (text, images, logos, and design) is the property of Ace Gardening Services unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without permission. We aim to keep information on this site accurate and up to date but do not guarantee that it is error-free at all times.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
